General Information
Studio Requirements
We ask that all clients wear socks in our studio.
Core Centric reserves the right to cancel group classes with less than 2 participants enrolled 12-36 hours in advance of the class.
Reservations
Classes can be reserved online. Please register as unpaid as Core Centric accepts payment only via e-transfers, cash or cheque.
Cancellation Policy
Group class cancellations are accepted online through your MindBody account or through the MindBody App with a minimum of 24 hrs’ notice – no exceptions.
Private sessions can be cancelled through your MindBody account, email, or text with a minimum of 24 hrs’ notice – no exceptions
Waitlist
When a class is fully booked, a waitlist is offered. When space becomes available, a system automated waitlist confirmation email is sent – up to 12 hours prior to class start.
